JOB DESCRIPTION
This position focuses on Housekeeping, Back of House, and Restaurant Service duties. Assigned responsibilities are determined based on individual availability and suitability.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping duties are divided into three areas: guest rooms, public areas, and the onsen & sauna. Depending on preference and suitability, staff may be assigned to one area exclusively or rotate between different tasks according to the shift schedule.
Main Tasks:
- Cleaning: Collect used linens and trash, vacuuming, clean bathrooms and water areas, etc.
- Setup: Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public spaces
- Laundry & Sorting: Sort and wash used linens, separate items for dry cleaning, manage waste separation
- Inventory Management: Track amenity stock, organize and maintain cleaning supplies
- Other related duties as required
Back of House
- Dishwashing: Wash dishes, clean up, and organize equipment in the restaurant and kitchen
- Onsen & Sauna Check (Evening Shifts): Replenish amenities and towels, collect used towels and garbage
- Other related duties as required
