JOB DESCRIPTION
Restaurant Service
At our in-house restaurant & bar, THE FIVE, you will welcome guests from around the world and create a warm, enjoyable dining experience.
- Opening Preparation: Set up tables, bar, and food counters; replenish supplies
- Reservations & Reception: Manage reservations (system or in person); welcome and seat guests
- Guest Service: Take orders, deliver food and beverages, clear tables, and (as needed) prepare drinks
- Cashiering: Handle payments, operate POS system
- Inventory Management: Replenish and organize stock, carry out stock rotation (expiry date management), coordinate with team for ordering
- Closing Tasks: Cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, setting up for breakfast, and closing the cash register
- **Other related duties as required

Housekeeping
Housekeeping duties are divided into three areas: guest rooms, public areas, and the onsen & sauna. Depending on preference and suitability, staff may be assigned to one area exclusively or rotate between different tasks according to the shift schedule.
