JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Seasonal Hotel Staff member, your role will primarily involve Restaurant & Bar (THE FIVE) service and Housekeeping duties. Through both behind-the-scenes preparation and guest-facing service, you will contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

We are looking for team members who can commit to at least 3 months. Working hours and the balance of responsibilities will be determined based on operational needs, your experience, and your availability.

Restaurant & Bar Service

• Opening Preparation: Set up tables, the bar, and food counters; replenish supplies
• Reservations & Reception: Manage restaurant reservations, welcome guests, and escort them to their tables
• Guest Service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide table service.
• Drink Preparation: Prepare coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar.
• Cashiering: Handle payments and operate the POS system (including menu updates)
• Inventory Management: Replenish and organize stock, carry out stock rotation (expiry date management), and place orders as needed
• Closing Tasks: Clean tables, counters, equipment, prepare the breakfast setup, and close the cash register
• Other related duties as required

Housekeeping

• Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas; collect used linens and waste
• Room Setup: Replenish amenities and prepare guest rooms for arrival
